MIOPS Creator Lab – Terms and Conditions

By submitting content to the MIOPS Creator Lab program (the "Program"), you ("Creator," "User," or "You") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a submission.

1. Grant of License and Use of Content

By submitting images, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and text (collectively, "Content"), You grant MIOPS a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, social media, advertisements, website displays, newsletters, and trade show presentations.
  • MIOPS reserves the right to edit or crop the Content for technical or aesthetic reasons without prior approval from the Creator.

2. Ownership and Originality Representation

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the sole owner and creator of the submitted Content.
  • The Content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any persons appearing in the Content.

3. Indemnification and Legal Responsibility

You agree that You are solely responsible for the Content submitted. In the event of any third-party claim, lawsuit, or demand arising from a breach of your representations (e.g., copyright infringement or unauthorized use of a person's likeness), You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MIOPS, its officers, and employees from and against any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees.

4. No Compensation or Employment

Participation in the Creator Lab is voluntary. Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract, You acknowledge that:

  • Submitting Content does not entitle You to any financial compensation, wages, or royalties.
  • This Program does not create an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between You and MIOPS.

5. Content Removal and Selection

MIOPS is under no obligation to use, post, or keep any Content submitted. We reserve the right to remove any Content from our platforms at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.

6. Right to Sublicense

MIOPS shall have the right to sublicense these rights to its authorized distributors and dealers solely for the purpose of promoting MIOPS products.

7. Modification of Terms

MIOPS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program or new submissions after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
